ACE OF CLUBS HOUSE
Built in 1885, this Italianate Victorian home's club-shaped design refers to its funding - a poker game won with a lucky ace of clubs! The home has been featured on HGTV and Bob Vila specials.

ARKANSAS WELCOME CENTER
One of the state's busiest and newest is located on I-30. Free maps, literature, information and facilities. Another is located on US 71.

DISCOVERY PLACE
Children's museum features hands-on fun, permanent and traveling exhibits related to science and history.

FISHING
From Texarkana, anglers can easily reach Millwood Lake, Wright Patman Lake and the Red River, as well as the Sulphur River and First Old River Lake. All good spots to try for bass, crappie, bream and catfish.

MUSEUM OF REGIONAL HISTORY
One of the Texarkana's earliest buildings (1879) features displays of Caddo Indian artifacts, Scott Joplin "father of ragtime music" memorabilia and period room displays showing social and cultural life of the area's early settlers.

HISTORIC PEROT THEATRE
Originally opened in 1924, this beautiful historic theatre has been completely restored and now provides a home for a world-class performing arts series, including Tony-Award winning Broadway and theatre, international symphony orchestras, music from the hottest Chris Botti to country's Anne Murray, and dance from Moscow Ice Ballet to Savion Glover.

REGIONAL ARTS CENTER
National touring art exhibitions grace gallery walls of the beautifully renovated Regional Arts Center, along with acclaimable exhibits of local and regional art. An exquisitely restored 1911 Federal Courtroom is the centerpiece as Cabe Hall, the stately room of choice for visiting dignitaries including Ross Perot, Stephen Covey, Laura Bush, Wynton Marsalis and more. It's also home to the ArtsSmart Institute for Learning.
